Payment & Vouchers

After completing your order, you will receive a separate e-mail from us with a request for payment. As soon as we have received the outstanding amount in our account, we will dispatch your goods as quickly as possible. Please note that each payment receipt is checked manually by us and this may therefore take a few days. You can see from our dispatch confirmation that we have received your payment and that the goods are on their way to you.

Voucher codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Voucher codes may be linked to a minimum order value. The discount is only valid while stocks last and cannot be cashed out.

The voucher code can be redeemed during the ordering process by entering it in the designated field in the shopping basket. To do this, the code must be entered and then confirmed by clicking on the tick. After applying the voucher code, the order value is updated automatically.
